Musée Légitime

A stone that was part of the artist’s family home. Following her series As Far as I Remember, in which she recounted and repeated family stories related to a summer house in Al-Makhrour, in what is known as the West Bank in Palestine, she decided to return to see the house of those stories herself. She is the third generation, the first in her family to return after their expulsion and exile to Chile in 1948. During this visit, she sent a piece of the house by post to the Musée Légitime, along with the story of the house to be told.
